Feta Turkey Burgers
Serve with lemon mustard salad dressing as a sauce and serve in a pita. Serve with some combo of sweet potato fries, corn, chips or broccoli salad.

Black Bean Burgers
I got our recipe from allrecipes.com a while ago and can't easily find it again now. Black beans, onion, garlic, green pepper and spices (cumin and chipotle pepper), an egg and breadcrumbs--toss in a food processor; grill (using grill pan on the stove). Serve with lettuce, tomato, and pick a side or two: corn on the cob, chips, broccoli salad, sweet potato fries, etc.
