It's a spring recipe there, but I make it in fall and winter too. Tonight we're having cider and spice donuts for dessert!

On page 5 of the handout. Use goat cheese (of course!). Double for leftovers. Delicious with homemade pasta! Serve with crusty bread and a salad.
