Dijon Pork Chops
I don't think these REALLY taste like "you've fussed for hours" (side note: in our house, fussing for hours means something very different from spending an enormous amount of time in the kitchen) but these have been a favorite of mine for a long time. So easy.
Serve with Honey Nut Apples and Pecan and Blue Cheese Brussel Sprout Salad in early fall. Later, serve with Dad's oven mac n' cheese and sweet potatoes.
